A Massive Thank You!

Wow, what an evening! A massive thank you to all those who popped in last night for the little open evening we held at the Adam and Eve. We really had no idea how many people were likely to pitch up, and we were quite taken aback by the level of interest and goodwill that was generated by the great crowd that made it along.

It was particularly heartening to see so many people meeting old friends and neighbours that perhaps they hadn't seen for some time, and we hope that the Adam and Eve can continue to pull the community even closer together when we open in December.

There are too many people to thank individually for the advice, suggestions and comments that flooded in last night. The evening was extremely helpful in giving us clear guidance as to what people want from the Adam and Eve, and we are confident we can deliver a pub that the local community can be proud of, come December.

Also a big thank you toLee Taylor, the Scottish and Newcastle rep, who supplied a lot of the beers and ales that were served last night.
