Caledonian Brewery's Deuchars IPA has been chosen as the first of the six Real Ales that will be offered on draught at the new Adam and Eve.
Deuchars, which has a string of accolades to its name not least the crown of 'Champion Beer' (Brewing Industry International Awards 2005), is a former CAMRA Supreme Champion, and was originally brewed by Robert Deuchar in Edinburgh in 1890.
Brewed from Golden Promise & Optic malts, with Fuggles, Super Styrian Goldings hops, Deuchars is probably best described by Roger Protz, editor of the Good Beer Guide:
“Deuchars IPA is a fabulous beer. A brilliant blend of malt and hop character and above all a drink with enormous drinkability.”
We hope you enjoy!
