We're off to see the wizard...

Our chefs are popping down to Kent today to learn all about the new Woodstone pizza oven that is now safely installed in our new extension.

The model we settled on is the wood fired Mountain Series stone hearth oven. Weighing in at a hefty 1.5 tons we had great fun craning the oven over the main building to get it into the extension...although discovering that the crane was a tad too small as the oven dangled over the roof, was probably a little more stressful than absolutely necessary...
