We have finally persuaded our landlords Scottish & Newcastle to whom we are rather tiresomely tied for beers, ales and ciders, to let us 'buy-in' a small number of barrels from a local brewery of our choice. Whilst it's not a massive amount, it's a start!
To celebrate, we're planning to hold an October Beer Festival. Whilst perhaps not yet on the same scale as Munich's Oktoberfest, you have to start somewhere!
