Christmas Day Preparations

For those lucky souls who managed to grab a place for Christmas Day (sorry, we're fully booked now), preparations for the Christmas Day menu are already well under way.

The chefs are receiving daily orders from our fabulous suppliers up and down the country, bringing the best the UK has to offer in terms of produce and ingredients.

Yesterday, these fantastic Brixham Bay red crabs came in and have been swimming (well, more scuttling really) around in their tank ever since. These little nippers will be taking a hot bath in the next day, all ready for Christmas Day!!
