Medieval Night (tenuous link, I know) as our June event and our chef, Jason Fretwell, has created an exciting menu for the occasion.
Visually and gastronomically this promises to be an event definitely not to be missed, with dishes such as eels cooked in beer, stuffed duck, herb & hedgerow salad, whole roasted suckling pig and veal tart (full menu). Once again our friends at Bibendum will be on hand to talk us through the carefully selected pairing wines.
The evening will take the form of a banquet, with all guests being seated at the same time on the long tables in the garden (weather permitting) and dishes delivered to the table.
