Counting down the hours
We're only a few days away now from the re-opening of Adam and Eve, and there just doesn't seem to be enough hours in the day at the moment!! But we are getting there, slowly but surely.
Chef Ian and his kitchen staff will be in today cleaning down his kitchen for the first time, and starting to arrange his various bits and pieces.
Our manager, Aaron, with his front of house staff will also be in today to start the mammoth task of cleaning everything down (builders dust seems to be a real pain to shift with any ease), and generally getting used to the layout and systems.
Meanwhile, Tim and I will be trying to get the building finished in time...no mean feat!!
