Will the pubco leopard ever change it's spots?

The saga of the lease assignment of the Adam and Eve SHOULD have been a fairly straighforward, brief one: existing tenant wants out, new guys want in, happy days, no?

No.

What has actually happened is now six months of feet draging. "By who?", I hear you scream with incredulity (much as I do every day now). Well, by the organisation who professes to "work hard on behalf of our tenants". Cobblers.

Pubco's rep was, in the first place, very much to blame for the hold ups or more accurately, the frustration that was building on the side of the existing and proposed tenants. Get this: what sort of rep ignores 40-50 phone calls/messages in a five month period? Simply didn't return any calls! Disgraceful.

Situation was brought to management's attention. Problems solved? You would have thought so, wouldn't you? Pubco's solicitors now seem incapable of returning calls/emails.

How on earth are you supposed to do any business with an organisation if NOBODY WILL TALK TO YOU!!!

GRRRRR...rage welling up!!
