The owners, management and all the staff at the Adam and Eve would like to wish all of our friends and guests a wonderful holiday season and a safe and prosperous New Year.

We would also like to thank all those that have supported us throughout the year, and we look forward to offering you all even more in our second year, 2012.

Christmas Day Preparations

For those lucky souls who managed to grab a place for Christmas Day (sorry, we're fully booked now), preparations for the Christmas Day menu are already well under way.

The chefs are receiving daily orders from our fabulous suppliers up and down the country, bringing the best the UK has to offer in terms of produce and ingredients.

Yesterday, these fantastic Brixham Bay red crabs came in and have been swimming (well, more scuttling really) around in their tank ever since. These little nippers will be taking a hot bath in the next day, all ready for Christmas Day!!

Can't wait!

Busy, busy, busy...

The festive season and the build up are always a busy time of year for us at the Adam and Eve, which means that  time is at a premium, which in turn means that sadly things like our little blog get pushed down the list...naughty, naughty us!!!

We'll try not to let it happen again, and keep our precious little mouthpiece to the wider world more diligently updated in future.

'Silk' at the Adam & Eve

The popular BBC drama 'Silk' has chosen the Adam and Eve as a location for filming for it's second series that is due to be aired in the New Year...and who can blame them, really??

The film crew will be making a nuisance of themselves all morning and into the afternoon today, but we should have full control back by mid-afternoon, and so we will be open as usual later!!
